Amanda is a hard-working and creative problem-solver, dedicated to making the real estate journey as smooth and rewarding as possible. Serving buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota, she specializes in single-family homes and condos, offering personalized guidance while leading with integrity and a client-first mindset.
Her service in the U.S. Marine Corps and later as a federal intelligence officer instilled discipline, discretion, and a keen eye for detail. During her career, she supported missions in Iraq and contributed to work on behalf of the President of the United States—experiences that demanded resilience, adaptability, and the highest level of professionalism.
Amanda also brings a unique academic background that blends analytical thinking with creativity. She holds degrees in biology, visual communication, and a master’s in design management, giving her the ability to approach challenges with both precision and innovation.
Beyond real estate, Amanda is deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered with local food banks, free medical clinics, Toys for Tots, and mentored at-risk youth during her military service. In Sarasota, she is excited to support Heroes Welcome Home, a nonprofit providing housing assistance to veterans. She is also an active parent volunteer in local schools and with the Sarasota Crew rowing club.
Amanda married a Sarasota native and fellow Marine in 2010, and together they are raising three sons. The family also owns and operates The 1818 Grill in Southside Village, a welcoming neighborhood spot known for great food and good company. To unwind, she enjoys photography, boating and fishing with her family, and exploring Sarasota Bay.
As a proud agent with Corcoran, Amanda is backed by a trusted network known for its expertise and professionalism. This provides her clients access to exclusive listings, valuable connections, and resources that offer a true competitive advantage.
